Scheduling
Production will begin when payment/deposit (as applicable) are

Southfork Design products are made to order.
Delivery time is approximately 4-12 weeks.

Shipping
You must supply a complete shipping address and zip code
as well as a contact telephone number in case the shipper needs to
contact you
regarding delivery of your Southfork Design order. Your purchase
will be shipped via UPS or a motor freight company. PLEASE INSPECT
YOUR PURCHASE AT TIME OF DELIVERY. If any damage is
discovered after you sign for delivery, you will need to contact
the
freight company immediately, as they are responsible for the
damage.
BE AWARE that variations will exist in our pieces as they are made
from natural materials that may include graining, knotholes,
minor cracks etc. Such variations are normal and are to be expected
and add to the natural beauty of the piece. Photos shown on
this website
are for example purposes only. At Southfork Design
we try to use as much recycled packaging as possible. All of the
"peanuts" in
your box are either recycled or made of
biodegradable cornstarch. Please
recycle!
